Total Service
- Money back guarantee. You are allowed to cancel your order at anytime. We will return everything you paid. Only the payment for the hours the agent worked, and the mileage allowance, will be deducted from the refund. See our price list for the current rates.
Up to 6 hours of work in searching for the right vehicle and making phone calls to vehicle sellers
- Up to 3 car inspections within 300 km distance from the selected agent
- Calculations of importing the selected vehicle (tax and duty paid in destination country)
- We will make a thorough inspection report with photos of each inspected car
- All needed paperwork to make a deal
- Identity check of the vehicle owner, checking the authenticity of the paperwork, drafting a bill of sale
- Advising and handling the payment of the vehicle if needed
- Any additional work is not included in the price (for example buying new tires or equipment or organising a service)
- You can change the agent and the area.
- If you change the agent, you need to pay the working hours and mileage allowance to the first agent.
- Extra working hours €58 / hour
- Mileage allowance €0.45 / km
Most important terms & conditions
- We operate as an agent (third party) in a role of a consultant.
- The contract and the deal will be between the car dealer and you.
- The car seller is responsible for any hidden faults of the vehicle .
- European Car Inspection Ltd (later ECI) will be responsible for the services it provides.
- Undisputed fault in one service gives you the right to get up to full refund of the price you paid for that service.
- Any faults in one service doesn’t give you any right to get refunds from other services you paid.
- For example, if our agent does do a serious mistake on his inspection report, we pay you back what you paid for the inspection service, but you will not get any refund from the truck transportation (assuming that the transportation is in time and done according to our promises).
- ECI is not responsible for any loss or damages.
- Customer needs to pay any ordered services before we deliver the vehicle.
- Transportation rules and liability is according to general CMR documentation (provided by UN recommendations).
- We are not responsible for any mistakes in any tax or duty estimates we give or our website automatically is calculating.
- The customer needs to pay any taxes, duties or other government fees related to the ordered vehicle.
